"2 leaves from the same book"

#1 Post by Michael (MV) » 30 Mar 2015, 08:48

expected yet sudden boundless storm without upheaval                                      at the Heights
save unparalleled straight-lines winds                                                         co inside w/ the Eye of the wonder
lifted from collision upon the moors forevermore                                             without the wuthering           Heaven

I like this a lot, Michael. Do you mean "save unparalleled straight-line winds"?

I nominated this poem, too.

Thanks, Billy.

re your question:

"Do you mean 'save unparalleled straight-line winds'?"

Those are the words: "save unparalleled straight-lines winds"

I'm not sure what you are specifically asking, Billy.

Thanks, Billy, for your interest & recommendation of this diptych poem

If you are talking about a weather term, it wouldn't be plural. straight line winds

Thanks, Siva, for the seconding

Thanks, Billy,

for the follow-up, and although I now understand what you mean,
the line refers to each being a straight-line wind(a passionate vitality) - a couple of straight-line winds

each one of the couple moves like a straight-line wind
unparalleled (as in unequalled & individual, too)
and thus an attraction that will intersect - not collide, instead eventually coincide (as in United because are lives are not geometry)
a conjunction of opposites
to be lifted out of this whirl - from the wind here to the Great White Wind There
