when movement doesn't hurt

when movement doesn't hurt

the day a glare
haloes

even me

though the light is too much
it goes right through me

like
what's that particle
neutrinos yeah

so small

no wounds no sensation
trillions

from trillions
of miles away

with no destination

my good intentions
wander the universe

Interesting. I am not sure just yet if the unknowing "what's the particle?" works or not. It goes along with the self-deprecating "even me," and the sense of lack of control of the last two stanzas. Let me live with it a few days.

I like the feel. The last stanza is great!

Hi Billy,

as this reader-writers reads it:

life leaving
the body
lifeless

I won't become comfortably numb
I am with you always
