Explosions heard at the France - Germany soccer match,
players dribble without commitment, something is wrong,
the crowd sing the La Marseillaise as they exit the stadium,
assassins with Kalashnikovs move through the streets,
shooting at random, innocents are being killed, three teams
of extremists create havoc, one hundred and thirty dead,
three hundred and fifty wounded, many critically injured,
blood washes the gutters red, a woman hangs by her
fingertips from a second storey window sill, ambulances
with blue lights flashing and klaxons horn race through
the Paris streets, numbers of people killed in a concert
and in cafes throughout the city, the President stays there
will be no pity for the enemy, all eight terrorists have been
killed by our security forces, suspects will dragged from their
beds tonight, time is imperative, we must remove this cancer
from our city, this is not the end this is the beginning of a
nightmare, the shadow of death descends on us in Europe
tonight, we weep for the people, we weep for ourselves.

Pray for us tonight, pray for our children and our children's
children. Pray for peace.
