Om, Om

#1 Post by meenas17 » 02 Apr 2017, 07:30

"Om, Om", rises
from the abdomen,
flows through the lungs
comes out from the mouth
the nostrils, the ears
reverberate. The eyes close
The brain registers.
The body transfuses.

It is a mantra,
rather, a chant,
call it an intonation,
a sound that rises,
circumvents, spreads,
ebbs, endows. A magical,
nay a metaphorical feel
no a metaphysical sense
transcends. It overwhelms.
The mind is at rest.

It being a sensation
created by pronouncing,
being a progression
resultant of repetitions,
the translucence occurs
revealing a oneness,
a unison with the infinity.
The heart is at peace.
