Thanks Frank (a belated Thanks) for your IBPC-nod for March.

If in the event WB was going to be short one, then I would have offered to represent w/ this epitaphic cinquain-poem.

Fortunately, Bernie agreed to represent, bringing the count to 3.

I have since been revising; hopefully some workshop response will appear in the thread. Thanks.

A wonderful week-end to every one

M---

maybe a bad joke, but not to me, what some guy in the South said abut Hawking's demise---now he knows the answer.

(is there a God---an afterlife?)

i like the greater subtle of your lines show...

Billy Graham, dead at age 99...

kinescopes, You Tube documentaries, televised recordings....resoundng forever in the electronic universe.

Kinescope /ˈkɪnɪskoʊp/, shortened to kine /ˈkɪniː/, also known as telerecording in Britain, is a recording of a television program on motion picture film, directly through a lens focused on the screen of a video monitor.

He not dead at all.
Like His master he lives on.
Everlasting life, no more sin,
no more sorrow, all the dead things gone
and not remembered,
perfect bliss
in a way we cannot comprehend
in a way we cannot know.
Not for the lost, only for those who have faith.

The unbeliever groans and gnashes his teeth,
curses God, reviles yet at the end times will
be obliged to bend the knee
and acknoweldge Him as Lord.
Billy will be there
I differ in doctrine to him
but believe he is saved.

Saved from the fires of everlasting torment. :)
