I grabbed Mal by the tie
and was amazed to see it come off in my hand.

'It's elasticated, said Mal,
it stops the drunks winding me up,
taking me prisoner, it's embarrassing
being tied to a pump handle.'

Then he grabbed me by my tie,
wrapped it around the pump handle.
'You get my drift,' says Mal cheerly.
