For anyone who suffers with eyestrain or other eye
problems there is a solution if you use Windows 10.

If you do have Windows 10 go to the bottom left of your monitor
and type in 'night light', a menu will appear that allows you to set
how bright the screen is with a colour, a kind of shade, and also
when the night light is to operate. I have set mine for 20 hours.
