Judge
Judge me today
Judge me for yesterday
And tomorrow if I fall away
Kuz I’m not here to stay
Far from outer space I’m
Just visiting this great place
But if I fade from grace
Know there is a clean slate
A new page for each day
So I will close my eyes and pray
I can awake
On the other side
In a different time
Maybe I can find a better life
With a new name
Maybe I can change because
There is no place like home
That’s where I am going
Kuz I’m on my own
Oh lord please wait kuz
I’m on my way.

Re: Judge
I reworked the first part, please tell me if it is more vivid/better than before. Thanks, every time
Judge
Judge me today
Judge me for yesterday
And tomorrow if I fall away
From your ever fading grace
Say it all
Speak in codes
Unfailing words that destroy
But
I’m not here to stay
I reside on the part of life
Far from this place
I call it home
And I make it my own
Safe
Far from your words
Judge
Judge me today
Judge me for yesterday
And tomorrow if I fall away
From your ever fading grace
Say it all
Speak in codes
Unfailing words that destroy
But
I’m not here to stay
I reside on the part of life
Far from this place
I call it home
And I make it my own
Safe
Far from your words

Re: Judge
I would like to know what this poem means to you, if anything.
Re: Judge
It seems as if you want someone to recognitize you. But, then you seem to say that you are in a sense shy and any judgement pass you will take it into your very core. That can be a dangerous and terrible responsibility for one person to have. Good Poem
