"TransPo"   (a poem created in translation)

revised 7/25

tongue & imagination
Imagination over tongue

a stranger found from
a literary french kiss unbound
not strained & lost in an estranged mouth

free from accuracy to be creative
in the fold following the Translator

no longer foreign
familiar in the home of Our Father

tongue & Imagination
Imagination over tongue
a literary french kiss unbound
found not lost in
free following the Translator

Some words are wrap-arounds
to be enveloped in moistness
savoured by the tactile tongue
searched out for roughness
smoothed by much use

Hi Frank,

Thanks for sharing your lines - yes, language is able to be as tactile as sculpture.

I have revised, stretched out
